If you’ve read my blogs or follow trend-able on social media, then you already know that I love pilates and truly believe that having a strong core has helped me to slow down the progression of my disease and compensate for nerve damage. Since my ankles are fused (no motion), it’s hard to keep traditional pilates reformer straps on my feet.
